Hello Everyone..
Please read this post carefully and heed the instructions ok.
1. Log on to the school website and download 2 forms. One is for your parents and the other is a travel declaration form.
2. I need all of you to print out these forms.
3. Give your parents the form for parents and submit the travel declaration form on Monday when you report back to school. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO SUBMIT THE FORM ON MONDAY. IF YOU FORGET TO SUBMIT IT, SOME ACTIONS MIGHT HAVE TO BE TAKEN. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER OK. (FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD TRAVELLED TO AFFECTED PLACES DURING THIS JUNE HOLIDAY, PLEASE REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FORMS)
4. For those people who for whatever reason are not able to print the forms, please collect it from the school guards (at the school gate) from 8am tomorrow morning.
5. Please be informed that no students are allowed into the school premises for this week (22-26th June). This is for safety measures.
If you are not in Singapore today, you have until this Friday or Saturday (I'm not sure if the school is open on Saturday), to collect the forms from the guards. However, my advice is for you to print it on your own.
The form will be on the school website from 3.30pm today.
p/s: Kenny and Calvin, please activate the relay system and pass this message to the whole class. I need to know the number of people who are aware of this by 5pm today.
If there are any questions or confusions, please call me. You guys know my number right? I dont want to become a celebrity by posting my number online.. HAHAHA...
One last thing to note. Another teacher will be taking over my IH lessons from next semester as I might be going to NIE very soon. This teacher is very experienced and a highly qualified permanent teacher and I seek all of you to give your full co-operation.
